The Open Metrics project aims to develop tools to aid in the collection, storage, categorization, correlation and mapping of all types of measurable data relating to environmental and social impacts.

The Open Metrics project also aims identify and make use of as wide a variety of relevant data sources as possible, avoiding duplication of others' tools and resources.
